Naomi provides Clinical Supervision to other Case Managers in Eastbourne and the wider area, supporting them in their own professional development by facilitating discussion and reflection upon their work so they can assess their own performance relative to theory and practice and grow in experience and expertise.
This role demands sensitive and skilled management of the clinical worker’s remit and workload, progress monitoring, facilitating and mentoring as well as accountability for their actions. Typically Naomi helps the Case Manager evaluate how their case is progressing, shares experience, acts as a sounding board on matters such as the personal and professional interface, their work/life balance and cultural and ethical issues, as well as identifying areas for further research and information gathering.
